Taj Coral Resort in Maldives has 18 twin villas at the water resort each villa relates to a small jetty.
These structures were hit by a great Tsunami in 2004 shattering them massively.
Structwel was appointed to carry out structural audit of all the villas and allied structures to restore them to their original state.

Structural Design of 10 L sq. ft. Five Star Hotel at Delhi for Taj Group.
The building is a 3 B + G + 10 storied RCC structure built with extremely challenging elevation.
Part of this structure was designed in top-down concept, one of the very few structures executed with this concept in India.

Taj Connemara is a 5 start luxury hotel in Chennai, India.
The entire property is built on a 4.2-acre land with total of 5 structures and 147 rooms which include 143 double rooms and 4 suits.
Out of the 5 structures, 1 is a heritage structure.
Structwel’s services were engaged for Structural Audit, preparation of estimates and tendering.

It is one of the best luxurious hotels in Aurangabad. The structure of the hotel was facing problems of vibration and cracking.
Hence, Structwel was appointed to conduct Structural Audit along with Non-destructive testing of the main lobby and the large cantilever canopy.

Restoration of Taj Mahal Palace Hotel after terrorist attack of 26/11

Project Details

The Taj Mahal Palace is one of the landmark heritage structures of Mumbai, with a rich history.
The iconic hotel was subjected to the brutal terrorist attack on the 26/11/2008.
Structwel did entire heritage conservation and structural retrofitting of the structure damaged due to fire and bomb blast.
