  • Asian Heart Hospital is a Cardiac Care Hospital situated in BKC, Mumbai.
  • This modern structure was facing the problem of major leakages from external sides of the structure.
  • Structwel carried out Condition Assessment with the use of Infrared Thermography to detect the potential sources of leakages.
  • The project also included offering Remedial Measures with Budgetary Cost.

  • S.L. Raheja Fortis Hospital is situated in Mahim, Mumbai. The hospital was constructed around 42 years ago.
  • The total built area of the hospital is 2600 sq. m. It is a RCC framed structure having G+4 storeys which houses administrative office, Staff Canteen, Nurse Hostel etc. at different floors.
  • Structwel was hired to carry out Structural Audit on the external faces of the building; along with the Preparation of Cost Estimate including tendering.

  • Harkishandas hospital has two wings. The Heritage Wing constructed in 2007 is a G+7 storey building and was built in 1927.
  • The new tower of G+22 storeys is added more recently.
  • Structwel was appointed to carry out Structural Audit of the Heritage Wing of the hospital including Kapol Niwas; along with carrying out Non-destructive testing.
