• Structural Design of 10 L sq.ft. Five Star Hotel at Delhi for Taj Group.
• The building is a 3 B + G + 10 storied RCC structure built with extremely challenging elevation.
• Part of this structure was designed in top-down concept, one of the very few structures executed with this concept in India.
